2007 WINNERS

The Pennsylvania Resources Council (PRC) received photos from all over the state showing roadsides and parks strewed with trash and beer cans; landscapes and creeks pockmarked with rubbish and tires.

PRC salutes the winners of the 2007 Lens On Litter contest and thanks all of those who submitted entries.  Let’s hope that we all continue to point out the spots where litterbugs live, so that we can reduce their numbers in 2008.
